How can I apply for the Membership?
You can apply for membership through our website at https://www.defencecollectivesg.com/membership-register.
Is photograph submission mandatory for the membership application?
Yes, including a photograph is mandatory for the e-Card, which grants entry to the respective attractions. For Family Explorers memberships, a single group photo featuring all registered members is sufficient. Photo requirements are as follows:
- Photos must not include any non-registered members.
- Members’ faces should be clearly visible.
- Sunglasses, masks, or headgear (unless worn due to religious or racial customs) are not permitted.
- Photos should be in JPEG format.
- Image Size: 19:6
How long does it take to process my membership application?
Online membership application will be approved instantly. Please check your email or junk mail to activate your online membership account.
Would I be issued a membership card?
All members will receive an e-Card via the membership portal.
How can I update my particulars or change my photograph?
Members can update their particulars by sending an email to [email protected].
How can I update my vehicle registration details?
Members can update their vehicle registration details by sending their vehicle number and vehicle IU number to [email protected].
I want to renew my membership; however, I want to remove/add a family member.
Once you’ve selected the membership renewal option, you can modify the list of members associated with your membership before advancing to the checkout page.
I have renewed my membership, but my membership expiry date is still the same and I have not received my benefits for the new cycle.
The updated expiry date will be updated only after your ongoing membership cycle concludes, aligning with the commencement of your next membership cycle. Your benefits for the upcoming cycle will then be allocated upon renewal and can be utilised immediately.

Can I include my fiancé or cousins within the Family Explorers Membership?
No, the Family Explorers membership only allows registration of immediate family members, grandparents, or domestic helpers.
Is there an age limit for my children to be eligible under the Family Explorers Membership?
The Family Explorers membership does not impose any age restrictions for children or adults.
Is there a maximum limit to the number of associate members within the Family Explorers Membership?
There is no upper limit to the number of immediate family members, grandparents, and helpers you can include within the membership.
Is everyone’s membership card number personalised within the same family?
